Children's Ministry
The children's ministry at Lakeside exists to glorify God by assisting families to train their children in the love and discipline of the Lord. We are committed to building a partnership with parents to provide a complete ministry to children. Our leaders are dedicated and trained to guide children to learn Bible truths and apply them to real life. We implement a variety of environments to motivate learning, including large group gatherings for worship and teaching, personal small group times, art, drama, games and music. Come join us as we help parents train up a new generation of people who love the Lord Jesus Christ with their entire being! Please contact the church office for more information.
Kids BIG City is what we call our Sunday Morning Bible Fellowship (a.k.a. Sunday School) time. We are kids totally Believing In God. We have two Sunday morning sessions. The first one starts at 9:00am and the second one begins at 10:29am. Kids BIG City is for 1st - 6th graders and includes an engaging large group gathering for worship and teaching, alongside more personal small group times with adult leaders. We can't wait to see you there!

The AWANA clubs are found in many churches around the world. Through memorization of scripture and projects, children learn to hide God's Word in their hearts. Some children memorize over 100 verses every year! We meet every Wednesday night from 6:15-7:45 PM (while school is in session).
Cubbies: 3 and 4 year olds
Sparks: Kindergarten - 2nd Grade
Truth and Training Girls: 3rd-6th grade
Truth and Training Boys: 3rd-6th grade

Vacation Bible School (VBS) 2012
August 6-8: Get Soaked!
Each year over 500 children register to be apart of the Get Soaked! Vacation Bible School at Splash Kingdom Water Park. The children learn through Bible stories, scripture memory, songs, and games that choosing to know Jesus Christ personally is the greatest decision they will ever make!
