Night to Shine requires the help of hundreds of volunteers and is a wonderful way to connect with and serve our community of people with special needs! From serving as a guest’s buddy or member of the red carpet paparazzi, to keeping the enthusiasm up on the dance floor or serving food, there is something for everyone.

 

Areas to serve at Night to Shine include: 

• Buddy (one-on-one with a guest) This is our primary need! 

• Registration (Check-in & Out)

• Greeter / Awareness Team

• Photography & Videography

• Beautician (Hair, Makeup, and Shoeshine)

• Safety

• Food service

• Decorating

• and more!

Volunteer Requirements:

• Volunteers do not have to be members of Lakeside Baptist Church

• All volunteers are required to be background checked (Note: If you do not have a valid background check on file with Lakeside, you will be emailed a link after registration.) 

• Volunters must attend one of the mandatory event trainings

• Volunteers must be a minimum of 14 years old by February 9, 2024
