Night to Shine is a complimentary event for people with special needs. The event is open to anyone living with disabilities, ages 14 and older.  We invite you to attend this special prom night experience on February 9, 2024 for a night of dancing, food, karaoke, limo rides, a VIP red carpet experience, games, and more! The highlight of the night is when each guest will be crowned King or Queen.

Parents and Caregivers

Each guest will be paired with a Buddy who will accompany them throughout the evening's festivities. While we would love for everyone to be able to be involved in this special night, safety and space constraints limit our ability to allow everyone to stay on campus during the event. Every person who volunteers at this event must be background checked. If you are not on a preapproved list as a volunteer you will be asked to leave after dropping off your guest(s). Parents and caregivers are welcome to volunteer as a buddy for the evening, but are encouraged to attend the free Respite Dinner hosted at First Baptist Church of Canton while guests attend the event. There, they will be able to view a livestream of the event.
