This is my first year serving as a deacon at Lakeside Baptist Church. I have been a Christ follower for about 14 years now and see the Roman road being my go to verses about how much Christ is needed in my life. Romans 3:23 Romans 5:8

Virgil Melton Jr.

I have served as a deacon at Lakeside for 17 years. One of my favorite verses is “1 Peter 2:31,For you have been called for this purpose, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you would follow in His steps”,. I try to be a witness as a believer, by the way I live in the community.
